What Is Emu Oil?

Emu oil adds an extra boost of moisturization to our products and is recommended for anyone with very dry skin, sensitive skin, or a skin condition like eczema or psoriasis.

Emu oil is incredibly moisturizing, but rapidly absorbs, leaving your skin super hydrated without any greasy feeling. Emu oil has a very similar chemical composition to the sebum (aka oil) naturally produced by our bodies so it is completely non-irritating. It has anti-inflammatory, pain-relieving, and healing properties making it an excellent choice for anyone suffering from a skin condition like eczema or psoriasis, and also has purported benefits for burns and scarring. It does not change the scent of the products, so your Simple Sugars product will smell just as amazing with the emu oil added as it does without it.

Emu oil is an animal product, and is derived from the back fat of the emu bird. The birds are not killed for their oil - emus are raised for their meat, and the oil is a byproduct. If you have dry AND oily skin that sheds often then this is the stuff for you. I've tried a lot of other face scrubs but nothing is as abrasive as this. I use a silicone scrubber to clean my face in the shower every morning and it has completely fixed my skin. I've been a customer for years and I'll be a customer for life. The Emu oil is more expensive but waaaaay better than the non Emu oil. I've purchased the non Emu oil before, tried it, and threw it away.

Coffee facial for men is probably my favorite , second would be the green tea with tea tree oil . Love the avocado as well . Use it every morning in the shower and because of that , my mild case of psoriasis has been gone for years . Thank you . Thanks to mark Cuban & shark tank ! A forever customer :)

I just wanted to say how much I love your product! I am born and raised in Pittsburgh, and when I saw it on Shark Tank, I had to try it. I only bought it because it was a Pittsburgh product on Shark Tank, but I actually have suffered from eczema and itchy dry skin my whole life. I did NOT expect to love my facial as much as I did!!! I thought the exfoliating sugar would dry my sensitive skin out, but it does just the opposite. I will be a lifetime customer! It has really changed my skincare routine and quality of life, especially in these dry Pittsburgh winters. I even have turned my husband on to the product -- he requested the coffee scrub as a Christmas gift! It works great for his beard and mild acne.
