We are introducing a new and improved subscription program and we think you'll love the changes! 

Here are the highlights:

  • We've doubled the discount for subscription orders, so you'll now save 10% instead of 5% when you order on subscription. 
  • You can now easily apply Super Smooth Club Reward Codes to your upcoming subscription orders in advance of the order being placed. 
  • New and easier to use subscription management portal. You can now manage your subscription by logging into your Simple Sugars account. You no longer have to log into a separate account to manage your subscription. 
  • Ability to add additional products for one time purchase to your subscription order, including seasonal scents. No more need to contact us to combine orders or pay shipping twice!
  • New giftable and pay-upfront subscription options with even more savings 
  • Monthly subscription programs with rotating scents - choose best sellers or seasonal scents and receive a different product each month without having to log in and manually change your scent selection. 

FAQs:

What do I have to do if I have a current subscription? 

Nothing! You don't have to do anything if you are currently a subscriber. All of your existing subscriptions and payment information will transfer to our new system automatically. You will automatically get the new 10% discount on your next order. You can log into your Simple Sugars account to manage your subscription and see your purchase history. 

How do I log in to my account? 

Your subscription can now be managed through the same customer login portal you use to view your order history. To view and manage all of this, simply click the log in button in the top right corner of the website. Log in using your Simple Sugars account, and you will see all subscription information there. 

What if I do not have an account? 

If you have not previously set up an online account, just sign up using the same email address you use to make your subscription purchases. As soon as your account login is created, all of our order and subscription history will automatically be added to your account. 

I am having trouble accessing my account - what do I do?

How do I apply my Super Smooth Club Rewards? 

After logging in to your account, find the subscription that you would like to apply your code to. Click the "manage order and apply discount" button. On the next screen, at the bottom, there is a field for "discount code." Simply enter your code here and click "Apply". After it is added here, your code will automatically be applied when your next subscription order is generated. Please note: you can only apply a code to your next upcoming order. If you would like to apply codes to subsequent orders, you can do so as soon as the previous order is placed. 

Can I still skip a month? 

You sure can! You can skip a month, pause your subscription, or cancel your subscription at any time. You can even gift a month to someone else if you like! It's very easy to do in the subscription management portal. 

How can I change my subscription products? 

Simply log in to your account and click the "manage subscription" button. You can add, swap, or remove products from your subscription, as well as add on items for one time purchase. 

What does "Add for One Time Purchase" mean? 

This allows you to add on additional products for a one time purchase on just your next order. With this feature, your subscription items and one time purchase items will all ship together in one package so you can save on shipping costs. You can add any items for one time purchase, including seasonal scents and gift packages that are not available on subscription. One time purchase items will only apply to your next upcoming order. 

I am not currently a subscriber but I would like to be - how do I sign up? 

You can subscribe to any individual product by choosing the "subscribe and save" option when placing your order. This can be found on the product page for each item. If you do not see a subscribe and save option, this product is not currently available for subscription (seasonal scents are only available for one time purchase). To subscribe to a subscription package with rotating scents or order a giftable or prepaid subscription, please click on the "subscriptions" tab in the main product menu. 

What if I am out of town when my order is shipping? 

Any subscription ship date can be changed prior to the order recurring for that month. If you will be away and want to change your ship date, simply log in to your account and choose a new shipping date that works for you for that shipment. You can also skip that month and have it auto-resume the next month, gift a shipment to someone else, or pause your subscription indefinitely until you are ready to resume receiving shipments.  

What does it mean that my giftable or prepaid subscription cannot be cancelled? 

Giftable and prepaid subscription packages cannot be changed or cancelled once the first order is placed. This means by signing up, you are committing to a full 6 month or 12 months subscription term. These subscription packages include the best discount and discounted shipping, and for this reason they require a commitment to the full term of the package. 

All other subscriptions are fully flexible and can be cancelled, changed, paused, and shipments can be delayed as needed.
